Rick Jayne Awarded USDOE Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship

Big congratulations to Rick Jayne, who was awarded a Mickey Leland Energy Fellowship to work at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab over the summer. This is his second MLEF award in two years - perhaps they really liked his salmons sneakers.
